Caramel Popcorn Glaze 15oz

Caramel popcorn! Are we at the movies? This caramel corn is perfect for movie night or any night. If you really want to go next level, once it's popped, stir in dry roasted peanuts, or even more decadent; pecans. Just add these after it's popped, before you stir it.

Here's the recipe:

Set the stove at medium heat. Add 7 tablespoons of oil, and 4 oz of glaze in a pot or pan of your choice. Shortly after, add 4 oz of your favorite popcorn kernels. Once the glaze melts and the mixture begins to foam, turn the heat to high, shake frequently and the glaze will coat the popcorn as it pops. Once it's popped, give it a final stir with a spatula or wooden spoon to make sure the glaze is incorporated through the popcorn. Once it's ready, let it cool for a minute or two-- the glaze will be hot. Put it into a serving container. Make sure to take some first, once served it will go very fast.
